Jack if your sure all the fuse are okay then jumping the break light switch should at least allow the third break light to work. Also there is a trailer light harness on the vehicle check at that connection or actually remove the trailer light harness as some have a built in converter that can cause weird issues also. Expert welcome to he forum if the high mount brake lite doesn t work check the brake position switch. Jump the switch with a wire and see if your brake lights turn on. When the switch is activated the lite green wire carries voltage to brake lites. See the diagram here the power to it comes out of the switch on the light green wire to the high mount lights and in on the lite green red.
