The lite green wire with red tracer is voltage to the switch hot all the time.

If bulbs bulb sockets fuses and brake light switch all appear to be good the fault is probably the turn signal switch. If none of the brake lights are working we are going to follow the circuit from the fuse box back to the brake pedal.

Jack if your sure all the fuse are okay then jumping the break light switch should at least allow the third break light to work. Fuses have been checked and brake switch replaced still no brake lights please h. Have taken the fuse out and put it back in a few times. At some point the power is not getting from point a to point b. Blinkers working hazards working. They work sometimes and sometimes not. This seems to be related to the pedal.
